        You can add as many users as needed, with no extra cost.<\/p>\n

        For security reasons, you must create one user for each employee that will use\u00a0Iziago<\/strong>. Users must never share their logins or passwords in any circumstances.<\/p>\n

        How can I set user rights?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

        To set user rights:<\/p>\n

        1. Go to\u00a0Users and Rights > User administration > Users<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click the\u00a0Edit<\/span>\u00a0button of the required user<\/li>\n
        3. Scroll down to the\u00a0Rights<\/span>\u00a0section<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          In the table displayed, you can tick boxes depending on the type of right to grant the user for each feature:<\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Ticking a\u00a0Display<\/span>\u00a0box allows the user to view the corresponding feature<\/li>\n
          2. Ticking a\u00a0Create, Modify & Delete<\/span>\u00a0box allows the user to edit the corresponding feature<\/li>\n
          3. Ticking none of the two boxes prevents the user from accessing the corresponding feature<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Do not hesitate to segregate duties. Granting your users different rights allows to restrict their scope, thus preventing them from having any malevolent behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

            How can I enter forecast transactions?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

            To be able to enter forecast transactions, you need to set up a few parameters beforehand:<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Add a new company<\/a>\u00a0(this step is optional as your company was automatically added at the creation of your\u00a0Iziago<\/strong>\u00a0account)<\/li>\n
            2. Add a new bank account<\/a>\u00a0and set initial balances<\/li>\n
            3. Set user rights<\/a>\u00a0on the newly created account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              How can I follow my bank balances?<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

              Follow these steps:<\/p>\n

              1. Enter the account balances provided by your bank<\/li>\n
              2. Confirm whether forecasts are realised or not<\/li>\n
              3. To adjust the balances, add additional transactions manually or let\u00a0Iziago<\/strong>\u00a0generate them automatically<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    3. Beware of phishing:\u00a0if you receive suspicious e-mails asking you for your password or other personal data, ignore them and contact us quickly<\/li>\n
                    4. Watch out for https:\u00a0when browsing\u00a0www.iziago.tech<\/strong>, make sure the navigation bar always displays\u00a0https<\/strong>\u00a0in the beginning<\/li>\n
                    5. Remember to log out:\u00a0after using\u00a0Iziago<\/strong>, always log out (the software automatically logs out after 20 minutes of inactivity)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
