Creating the groups of accounts

Once you have created a new account, Iziago automatically either creates a group of accounts or includes the created account in an existing group, based on your data. The groups of accounts in Iziago are the following ones:

  • Accounts by company: Each group includes all accounts owned by the corresponding company.
  • Accounts by currency: Each group includes all accounts using the related currency.
  • Accounts by bank: Each group includes all accounts domiciled in the related bank.
  • Accounts by country: Each group includes all accounts whose bank is based in the related country.

Iziago creates a group only if there are two or more accounts in that group. This organization by groups enables you to have a consolidated view of your cash balances by category. You cannot delete these automatic groups.
