Mobile Application

The Iziago mobile application is available on Android and iPhone. You can download it from your mobile Play Store or App Store.

Initialize Iziago mobile application

Prerequisite: To initialize the mobile application, you must have the Create, modify and delete right for users in the Users and Rights menu. Otherwise, the administrator can initialize the application for users. 

Activate mobile option

To start using the Iziago mobile application, you must first activate the mobile option from your web application.

  1. Select Users and Rights > User administration > Users.
  2. Select the user for whom you want to activate the mobile option.
  3. In the Mobile option section, select “Yes”.
  4. Select the device type you are using (Android or iPhone).
  5. Click on Save.

Connect to the application

Once the mobile option is activated, you will receive an automatic email with first connection instructions,  a link to download the app, and your temporary password:

  1. Download the mobile application on your smartphone.
  2. Get your mobile ID in the web application:
    • Select Users and Rights > My data > Authentication and interface.
    • In the Mobile option section, get your mobile ID.
  3.  Connect to the mobile application: enter your mobile ID and the temporary password found in the email.
  4. The application asks you to change the temporary password. Your new password must contain at least eight characters with at least one number and one letter.
  5. The application offers you to activate biometric authentication. If you choose to keep the password login, you can activate the biometric authentication later on the application. 

Use the mobile application

The mobile application has four menus. You can access the menus from the application home screen, by clicking on the menu at the top left, or by clicking on icons in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. 

Transfers

The Transfers module allows you to create unit transfers (domestic, SEPA, international), and to add beneficiaries. 

Create a unit transfer (domestic, international or SEPA)

Prerequisite: To create a unit transfer, you must have the Create, modify and delete right for at least one remittance type (domestic, international or SEPA transfers) and for at least one bank account, and have the Use right for at least one third party group.

  1. Click on Unit Transfer in the mobile application menu.
  2. Select the debtor account.
  3. Select the creditor. On the screen Creditor account, you can:
    • Select a bank account if you want to make a treasury transfer. 
    • Click on the My beneficiaries tab and select one of the third parties saved in your database in the My accounts tab.
    • Create a new beneficiary from the My beneficiaries tab, click on Add a creditor.
  4. Enter the transfer information (amount, currency, execution date, motive).
  5. Click on Validate.
  6. The transfer summary is displayed, click on Confirm.

Send a unit transfer (domestic, international or SEPA)

Prerequisite : To send a unit transfer, you must have the rights : 

  • Send on the appropriate transfer remittances' sub-type (domestic, international or SEPA): Ordinary or Treasury. 
  • Use on the groups to which transfer beneficiaries belong.

This procedure enables you to download or to receive by email a domestic, international or SEPA transfer file as an .xml file. You can then send the file to your bank by your own means.

The standard (SEPA or ISO 20022), the format (for example pain.001.001.003) and the .xml file name depend on the payment settings.

Once the unit transfer has been created, the mobile application offers you to get the payment file in xml format. You can:

  • Click on Download to download the file on your phone.
  • Click on Receive by email, to receive it on your mail box.
  1. Ensure that the transfer is downloaded to your phone or that you have received it by e-mail. In Iziago, the transfer is then considered as sent to the bank.
    Note : If you subscribe to the Cash forecasting module, a forecast is automatically generated for the debtor account. A forecast is also generated for the creditor account if the creditor is an issuer account registered in Iziago.
  2. Do not forget to send the downloaded transfer to your bank by your own means.

Add beneficiaries 

Prerequisite : To add a beneficiary, you must have Create, modify and delete right for third parties in the Users and rights web application menu.

  1. Click on Unit Transfer in the mobile application menu.
  2. Click on Creditor account
  3. In the My beneficiaries tab, click on Add a creditor.
  4. Enter the creditor information. 
  5. Click on Validate.

Treasury

The Treasury module allows you to display in real time your forecast balances on value or booking date by company, by currency, by bank or by country, as table or as chart.

Display forecast balances as table or as chart

Prerequisite : You must have the Display right for forecasts in the Users and rights web application menu, and activate the Cash forecasting module.

  1. Click on Treasury in the mobile application menu or dashboard.
  2. Your forecast balances are displayed as a table and are classified by groups:
    • By account
    • By currency
    • By bank
    • By country
  3. To display them as a chart, click on Group chart.
  4. You can choose to display your forecast balances on value date or on booking date.

Accounts

The Accounts module allows you to consult your account statements at any time from your smartphone.

Display your account statements

Prerequisite : To display your account statements, you must (from the web application): 

  • Subscribe at least to one of the Iziago modules: Payments, Direct Debits or Cash forecasting.
  • Subscribe to the Automatic account statement retrieval option.
  • Have the Display right for account statements in the Users and rights menu.
  • Have activated the Automatic account statement retrieval option from the web application for the desired account. To do so:
    • Select Settings > General settings > Bank accounts.
    • Click on the desired account.
    • In the Activated modules section, click on the cursor in the Activation column to activate the Automatic account statement retrieval option. 
    • Click on Save.

If you have connected your bank accounts in Ponto and have subscribed to the Automatic account statement retrieval option, your bank statements are automatically retrieved every night.

You can consult them from the mobile application:

  1. Click on Accounts in the mobile application menu or dashboard.
  2. Your account statements are displayed, you can consult:
    • Cumulated balances
    • Balances by company (balance on operation date, balance on value date)
    • Balances by account (balance on operation date, balance on value date)
  3. To view a company account statements, click on the company name.

Settings

The Settings module allows you to reset your mobile password and activate/deactivate biometric authentication.

Reset mobile password

You have the possibility to reset users mobile password:

  1. From the mobile application in Settings > Authentication > Mobile password.
  2. From the web application:
    • Select Users and rights > User administration > Users.
    • Select the user for whom you want to reset the password.
    • Click on Reset in the Mobile Option menu.
    • An alert message is displayed, you can :
      • Continue by clicking on Reset.
      • Abandon by clicking on Cancel.
    • If you click Reset, an email is sent to the user to inform them that their mobile password has been reset and to provide them with a temporary password.
    • The next time the user logs in, they will be asked to change the temporary password. The new password must contain 8 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number.

Activate/deactivate biometric authentication 

The first time you log in, the mobile application offers you to activate biometric authentication. You can choose to activate and deactivate it at any time from the mobile application:

  1. Select Settings > Authentication > Biometric Authentication.
  2. Click on the button activate/deactivate biometric authentication.

Change the device

You have the possibility to modify the users' mobile device from the web application:

  1. Select Users and rights > User administration > Users.
  2. Select the user for whom you want to change the device.
  3. Click on Change the mobile in the Mobile Option section.
  4. Click on Save.
  5. The next time the user logs in, they will be asked which mobile device they are using. Previous information about the mobile device is deleted and a confirmation message is displayed to indicate that the user can use the application with the new mobile device.

Deactivate mobile option

You can deactivate the mobile option for users at any time from the web application:

  1. Select Users and rights > User administration > Users.
  2. Select the user for whom you want to deactivate the mobile option.
  3. In the Mobile Option section, select “No”.
  4. Click on Save.
