Interface profiles

Interface profiles are intended to facilitate users’ navigation through Iziago. Accordingly with countries’ standards, interface profiles determine the display format of:

  • Dates
  • Hours
  • Numbers

The software features a few interface profiles. You can edit any of these profiles or add as many as needed.

Adding an interface profile

Prerequisite: You must have the Create, modify & delete right on Interface profiles in the Users and rights > User administration > Users menu.

If the interface profiles featured in Iziago do not meet your needs, you have the possibility to add new profiles.

Adding a new interface profile:

  1. Select Users and rights > User administration > Interface profiles.
  2. Click on + New interface profile at the top of the screen and enter the profile information.
  3. Select the required display formats:
  4. Click on Save.

Displaying and editing an interface profile

Prerequisite: You must have the Create, modify & delete right and the Display right on Interface profiles in the Users and rights > User administration > Users menu.

  1. Select Users and rights > User administration > Interface profiles.
  2. Click on on the line of the desired profile. The Edit screen is displayed.
  3. Modify the desired information.
  4. Click on Save.
    Tip: If you wish to modify another profile, you can use the Interface profile drop-down list to navigate through the list of existing profiles.

Deleting an interface profile

  1. Select Users and rights > User administration > Interface profiles.
  2. In the table, click on on the line of the profile you wish to delete.
  3. In the pop-in window, click on Delete to confirm the deletion of the profile.
