One-off payment

To pay once for the whole duration of your subscription:

1. Select the country of your company.
   The country you selected when signing in to Iziago for the first time is selected by default. You can change it if needed.
2. Select the duration of the subscription.
3. In the table, optionally enter the number of extension packs required.
   Note that Iziago automatically sets this number depending on the data you saved in the software (number of active bank accounts and stored transactions).
4. After reading the terms and conditions of use, tick the box under the table.
5. Click on Next >.
6. Enter your invoicing information (green fields are required).
7. Click on Next >.
8. Select Paypal / Debit Card (single payment).
9. Check your subscription information, and click on Confirm.
10. You are redirected to PayPal where you can:
    • Either use your PayPal account by clicking on Log In at the top of the screen.
    • Or enter your credit card information and click on Pay now at the bottom of the screen.

Monthly payments by direct debits

Monthly payments require the electronic signature of a mandate from your part. You cannot use this payment means for a subscription duration under 12 months. To pay for your subscription every month by direct debits:

1. Select the country of your company.
   The country you selected when signing in to Iziago for the first time is selected by default. You can change it if needed.
2. In the Payment means field, tick Monthly payments by direct debits.
3. In the table, optionally enter the number of extension packs required.
   Note that Iziago automatically sets this number depending on the data you saved in the software (number of active bank accounts and stored transactions).
4. After reading the terms and conditions of use, tick the box under the table.
5. Click on Next >.
6. Enter your invoicing information (green fields are required).
7. Click on Next >.
8. Select Direct debit (automatic monthly debit).
9. Check your subscription information, and click on Confirm.

To finalize the setting of your direct debit, you must validate your e-mandate:

1. Enter the missing information of the mandate.
2. Click on:
   • Sign the mandate manually. Save the mandate on your computer to keep a copy, then follow the steps on the screen.
   • E-sign the mandate, then follow the steps on the screen.

Iziago displays a message to confirm that your subscription has been taken into account. You can download the following documents onto your computer by ticking the corresponding boxes and clicking on Download:
